Audit for MOM’s Overtime exemption application

Under MOM’s Employment Act, employees must not be permitted to work overtime for more than 72 hours a month. However, companies may apply to the ministry to exempt certain employees from this requirement; depending on the operational needs of the company as well as the WSH impacts on the employees.

To complete the application for overtime exemption, companies are required to engage third party auditors to assess the WSH risks facing these employees.

Being an SAC accredited Audit Organization, our auditors are recognized by the ministry to perform the risk evaluation and determine if it is safe enough for the employees to be granted the exemption.
